No physical goods are supplied.

2. Immediate Access & Waiver of Cancellation Rights

  • Access to digital content is provided immediately upon purchase
  • You request immediate performance of the service
  • You waive your statutory right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations once access has been granted

3. No Refunds After Access

All sales are final once access to the content has been provided.

No refunds, cancellations, or exchanges will be issued after access is granted, regardless of usage level.

4. Access Period

All purchases provide access for a fixed period of 12 months from the date of purchase.

Access will automatically expire at the end of this period. No automatic renewals apply.

5. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds will only be considered in limited cases:
