All products sold on this Website are digital video content delivered via online access through your account.

No physical goods are supplied.

By completing a purchase, you expressly agree that:

Access to digital content is provided immediately upon purchase
You request immediate performance of the service
You waive your statutory right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations once access has been granted

All sales are final once access to the content has been provided.

No refunds, cancellations, or exchanges will be issued after access is granted, regardless of usage level.

All purchases provide access for a fixed period of 12 months from the date of purchase.

Access will automatically expire at the end of this period. No automatic renewals apply.

Refunds will only be considered in limited cases:

Duplicate payments made in error
A verified technical fault that prevents access to purchased content and cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe

All requests are reviewed at our discretion.

If you initiate a chargeback without contacting us first, we reserve the right to suspend or permanently disable your account.

All payments are processed securely via Stripe. We do not store your payment details.
